We are a private international Recruiter and Business advisor focused on the Flavour and Food and beverage Ingredients industry—our only business—across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Our B2B clients encompass global corporations and smaller companies, where we have an affinity for their people, vision, and values. HeadInsights was formed in 2003 by two international Flavour Industry professionals. Our difference is our knowledge and experience.
HeadInsights 22nd Century Consulting is run by co-founder Alan McFarlane, who has over 35 years of experience in the International Food ingredient industry. He has worked in leading multinational flavour houses, food ingredient manufacturers, and smaller start-up organisations. Alan has held Managing Director and Senior Sales and Marketing roles and has built up an enviable global network of specialist industry associates. His quest to discover and place talented individuals whom he would want to hire himself is undimmed after two decades as a headhunter.
